At Trip Nest Guru, your safety, comfort, and overall travel experience matter to us. To ensure smooth and enjoyable journeys for everyone, we request all travellers to kindly follow the guidelines below.

  1. The use of narcotics, illegal drugs, banned substances, weapons, fireworks, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited during our tours. Trip Nest Guru will not be responsible for any consequences arising from violations of Indian law.
  2. Any behaviour that causes discomfort, safety concerns, or disturbance to fellow travellers may lead to immediate removal from the tour, without eligibility for a refund.
  3. In cases of misconduct or violation of tour rules, no refunds will be issued.
  4. Travelers are responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotels, campsites, vehicles, or tour equipment. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged as per actual market value.
  5. Trip Nest Guru is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the trip. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables at all times.
  6. Carrying a valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all travellers. If you plan to bring additional guests, please inform us in advance.
  7. Facilities such as hot water depend on location and availability and cannot be guaranteed at all destinations.
  8. Tour bookings are confirmed only after receiving at least 50% advance payment. Remaining payments must be completed as per the shared schedule.
  9. Trip Nest Guru is not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, or loss of personal property during the journey.
  10. In case of vehicle breakdowns or transportation delays, travellers may need to wait until repairs are completed. Backup vehicles may not always be available.
  11. Travel schedules may change due to traffic, weather conditions, natural disasters, roadblocks, political disturbances, or unforeseen situations beyond our control.
  12. Sightseeing or activities may be modified or cancelled if delays affect the planned itinerary.
  13. Our tour leader or coordinator may adjust the itinerary on the spot to ensure traveller safety and smooth operations.
  14. We encourage all travellers to respect nature, local communities, and fellow travellers by maintaining cleanliness and responsible travel practices.
  15. All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of booking.
  16. We expect all guests to travel with a positive mindset, respect others, and help create a memorable group travel experience.
